They really did a great job. Make sure to include your vin number when scheduling you replacement online. I did not and the glass that arrived for the first appointment wasn’t the right one. Luckily the technician checked thoroughly and caught that it was a bit different. My appointment was quickly and seamlessly rescheduled and I was contacted often about my appointment. I genuinely can’t recommend them more.

Our safelight service was great! The repair was smooth, fast and included an expert installation! Highly recommend the service!!!! Price was a bit high due to not being covered under our ins policy and having to use an OEM windshield.

The most pleasant experience working with any kind of customer service or technician. Contact, scheduling, arrival time, accuracy and the kindness did not go unnoticed! Andres was extremely helpful and made the experience fantastic! From the customer service rep who made the reminder call the day before, to the very second that Andres left my property, they made what could have been a terrible situation, pleasurable!! I would recommend this company hands down every time moving forward!!

Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. The representative was very pleasant and polite. My technician Aaron was EXCELLENT!! He communicated with me via when he would arrive until he did. He worked very efficiently. A job well done.

Filed a claim through insurance. Safelite was quick with setting up an appointment. Called the day before to ensure I was clear with instructions and to answer any questions I had. Orlando I believe was my Technician and when he showed up, he immediately went to work. Super efficient and quick work. It was a clean replacement. Provided detailed instructions after and was very kind. Would recommend to folks!
